"Managing Operations" is a training course developed in-house for our Contracts & Operations Managers. This bespoke programme delivers the methodology and practical tools that have been identified as the most effective methods for managing all aspects of a contract in our business, (including finance and managing people). The course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which enables people to work towards an ILM Level 3 Award.
"Emerging Leaders" has been developed as a stepping stone for those who are showing great potential to become a future leader in our business.
The two-year course includes a series of training modules covering areas such as strategic thinking, financial management, business improvement and managing change. Extra elements on managing people, unconscious bias, diversity and equal opportunities are also delivered to achieve a more rounded learning experience.
